Eventually you are seventeen years old and you have reached the age you can start taking driving instruction to own that long waited drivers licence. Provisional licence in your purse it is the period to look for a driving coach too, but who to choose? A close relative, a female or male driving teacher?
In this article I’m going to cut the relative bit as it is subject to a complete new feature but it also fits in the main matter of this feature. Who’s better at training people how to drive male or female driving instructors?
20 years ago I wouldn’t even have been content to start such a discussion as the great majority of instructors were men. Nowadays women have conquered space in the industry and we can choose between male and female driving instructors.
Even so, many are averse in hiring women as their driver coach. These people still think that men are better drivers than females. But i am not here to speak about who has best driving knowledge and I’m here to speak about who is better at educating others how to drive.
Women tend to be more tolerant than men and at the same time more strict. They will teach you everything you are required to know about driving with completeness but don’t you dare to try and cut any corners with them.
With the male driver teachers besides learning all the ins and outs of driving they will also teach you a trick or two such as parking skills and speeding. Not saying that women don’t know how to park a car but I must state males do that much better than women.
Everyone learns in a varied way, some may prefer a male driver teacher others may opt for a female driving coach. Above all you and your tutor must work out an individual lesson scheme. This scheme should be created to give you the very best chance of passing your test and will help adapt you into a safe and assured driver.
Based on your driving experience the instructor will have to choose how many lessons you will require in total before taking your driving examination. In general after ten to 15 hour classes you should be prepared to take the exam but if you feel that you require more lessons do no be reluctant to ask your teacher.
Ultimately it doesn’t matter if you prefer a male or female driving instructor your aim is to learn how to drive. Choose the one you think you will feel more contented with and last but not least good luck.
